This has little (?) to do with the current protests/activity in Northern African nations these days... or maybe it does...

I was told by the students protesting that the protest is a weekly event that saw young graduates in coloured smocks (depending on which university faculty one graduated from) asking the government to support employment opportunities for young graduates. It was a mostly peaceful event... students disrupting traffic and being chased by groups of military men, with the occasional mild beating by the military.
